Today i started my new job as a fish monger. Wasnt sure i would like it but its been strangly fun apart from smelling of fish all day. Best part of the day by far was setting up the fish display.

Not bad! Skills with a knife are all an artistry to them self. I worked at a seafood restaurant once. I used to joke crab shell pieces would just pop out of my pores in the shower after work.
