Ingredients
0.5 metric weight unit of jolpai or (green olives), poached in water
2 cups of mustard oil
1 metric weight unit of sugar
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 tablespoon of red seasoner
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of vinegar
How To build
Strain the poached jolpai items. Then mash the jolpai well with hand in an exceedingly bowl.
Heat a pan with mustard oil. Add the garlic paste and stir.
Also add the mashed jolpai and stir and fry on low heat for a short while.
Pour the sugar and blend well.
Sprinkle the cumin and red flavourer. Stir endlessly and add the salt.
Then place the lid on and cook on low heat for 1-1.5 hours. this fashion the sugar and spices can slowly enter the
jolpai items and therefore the oil can begin to float on prime.
Test if the sugar has entered well within the jolpai items. If not, then cook on low heat with lid on till the
sugar enters the sugar. Stir often each currently and so.
Sprinkle the vinegar everywhere once the sugar has entered well within the jolpai.
Stir and serve.
