Tiramisu in italian means 'pick me up'😋
I think this recipe is quite cool because you can do it fast for your friends or guest without unnecessary mess in the kitchen.It looks good especially in a Martini glass or wine glass as well.I'm sure you can easily find something at home.I ll give you a recipe for 4 portions and of course always you can do some more mousse for later😉.The recipe is eggless contrary to original italian Tiramisu and i add the Marsala wine but any liqueur is good for example kahlua(coffee) or amaretto (almond flavour)
Ingredients:
-0.3 kg mascarpone
-0.2 kg double cream
-0.1 kg powdered sugar
-marsala or any liqueur ,2 tbs spoons
-vanilla extract 1 tsp
-lady fingers biscuits 2-3 pieces per portion
-coffee 1 espresso cup (cold)
Some chocolate or cocoa powder for decoration
In one bowl whip the cream adding sugar at the end,then add the liqueur and vanilla extract and whisk.
In other bowl place the mascarpone and fold the whipped cream mixture into it.
Soak the biscuits in cold coffee for couple seconds.Put them into the glass two on sides and half on the bottom add the Tiramisu mixture.Chill for 20 minutes in a fridge.Before serving grate some dark chocolate on the top and sprinkle some cocoa powder plus maybe a little strawberry 😉
