Linguine with vegan Bolognese ππ
Once again a classic that I eat too infrequently. ππ€€ It was soooo delicious! ππ» This is such a dish that I always eat so much that afterwards I am more than fed up. ππ
Do you have such dishes where you can not stop?
Vegan Bolognese for about 4 persons:
1 pack of soya bag
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 onion
1-2 large garlic cloves
1 carrot
1 packet of fresh mushrooms
Basil (fresh or frozen)
Salt pepper
Sweet paprika
oregano
Finely chop the onions, slice the mushrooms and fry both in a little oil. Finely grate the carrot and add it together with the soy bean and continue to fry over medium heat. Now add the garlic clove and add the tomato paste, fry briefly. Douse noodle water with the tomatoes and 1-2 teas. Stir well, season and simmer for 10-20 minutes. Keep stirring!
