Ingredients:
⚫ 1 Tbsp. Chile Crunch

⚫ 1/4 Large Yellow Onion
⚫ 1 Minced Garlic Clove
⚫ 1/2 A Tofu Square
⚫ 1/4 Cup Spinach
⚫ 1/4 Cup Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
⚫ 1/8 Cup Parsley
⚫ Add To Taste Basil
⚫ Add To Taste Salt
⚫ Add To Taste Pepper
⚫ Add To Taste Paprika
⚫ Add To Taste Tumeric
⚫ Add To Taste Garlic Powder
⚫ Add To Taste Nooch
⚫ Add To Taste Smoked Sea Salt
Here is the Recipe:
Sauté 1/4 of a large yellow onion over medium heat for about 3 minutes, add in 1 minced garlic clove and cook for 1 more minute. Crumble in 1/2 square of organic firm tofu, season with salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder and a sprinkle of nooch. Cook for 5-8 minutes, turning up the heat to medium high toward the end. Add in a handful or two chopped fresh spinach, tomatoes, parsley and basil. Add 1 tablespoon water and cook until the greens are wilted. Adjust seasoning as necessary, I like mine with Chile Crunch and smoked sea salt.
