  1. Pour oil in a pan in a low heating temperature. Then add brown sugar. Do not place the banana if the brown sugar is not caramelize yet.
  2. Deep banana in the oil with the caramelized sugar. Let the caramelized brown sugar stick to the banana while stirring slowly.
  3. Leave the banana until it turn golden brown.
  4. Remove from the heat. Then serve. You can serve it too in skewer.
