Turkey Sage & Arugula Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- Organic Turkey Slices
- Mexican Cheese
- Baby Arugula
- Organic Whole Wheat Bread
- Pepper
- Butter
- Dried Sage
Instructions:
- Heat your pan to 350F. It is important that the temperature doesn't creep past 350F or you will smoke your butter.
- When the pan is 350F apply butter to match the shape of the bread slice.
- Put down the bread slice on the melted butter. The bottom of this slice should be cooked for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add cheese then turkey, pepper, and finish off with a layer of arugula.
- Add the top slice of bread and flip the entire sandwich to cook the other side.
- Add cheese and sage to the cooked side of the sandwich.
- After the bottom piece of bread has cooked for 2-3 minutes remove the grilled cheese from the pan and enjoy.
