Turkey Sage & Arugula Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • Organic Turkey Slices
  • Mexican Cheese
  • Baby Arugula
  • Organic Whole Wheat Bread
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Dried Sage

Instructions:

  1. Heat your pan to 350F. It is important that the temperature doesn't creep past 350F or you will smoke your butter.
  2. When the pan is 350F apply butter to match the shape of the bread slice.
  3. Put down the bread slice on the melted butter. The bottom of this slice should be cooked for 2 to 3 minutes.


  4. Add cheese then turkey, pepper, and finish off with a layer of arugula.
  5. Add the top slice of bread and flip the entire sandwich to cook the other side.
  6. Add cheese and sage to the cooked side of the sandwich.
  7. After the bottom piece of bread has cooked for 2-3 minutes remove the grilled cheese from the pan and enjoy.
