Ingredients
- 150 grams of thinly sliced meat
- 4 pieces of chikuwa
- 1/2 cucumber or kyuri
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Teriyaki Sauce:
- 2 tsp shoyu / salty soy sauce
- 3 tbs water
- 1 tsp sugar
Steps
Cut the kyuri lengthwise the length of the chikuwa, put the cucumber into the chikuwa. (Chikuwa is a japanese food ingredient in the form of processed fish meat like a tube).
Put chikuwa on the side of the already lumped thin meat. Scroll slowly tightly
Cut the meat turn into 3 parts each chikuwa.
Align chikuwa pieces with the surface above, then stab with a skewer.
Put vegetable oil into the pan and heat over medium heat. Bake the surface of the meat loam about 2-3 minutes per surface.
Enter the stirred teriyaki spice first, cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 3 minutes. Open the pan then, alternating the surface of the satay until the spices are evenly distributed.
Serve with lettuce and tomato cheery. Can be sprinkled with sesame nuts. Serve warm.
