1 cup heat milk (not hot)
1/2 tbsp lively dry yeast
4 tbsp granulated sugar, divided
Three cups + 2 to 4 tbsp all-cause flour, divided
1 huge egg, room temp
2 tbsp unsalted butter melted (1 tbsp for batter and 1 tbsp to grease pans)
1/2 tsp salt
7 tbsp unsalted butter, softened, divided (6 tbsp for filling and 1 tbsp to sweep tops)
1/four cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
Four oz.Cream cheese softened
Half tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners (powdered) sugar

Instructions

In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, add 1 cup heat milk and sprinkle with ½ tbsp yeast. Let take a seat exposed for 7 mins at room temp. Upload ½ cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar and whisk until mixed. Cowl with plastic wrap and permit rise at room temperature for 35-45 min (or in a hundred˚ oven** for 25 min). It's going to look puffy.

Whisk in 1 egg, closing 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp melted butter and ½ tsp salt.

Using the dough hook on speed 2, add last 2½ cups flour (the half cup at a time) letting it the mixture with each addition. Add more flour 1 tbsp at a time simply until dough is now not sticking to fingertips or the partitions of the bowl because it mixes then knead/mix for 10 min. Cover with plastic wrap and allow upward thrust at room temp 2 hours (or in a hundred˚ oven for 1 hr). The dough needs to double in size.

Generously dust flour over the surface and place of an easy painting dough within the middle. Sprinkle dough with flour (just enough to maintain the rolling pin from sticking) and roll into the even 17″x10″ rectangle. Dot the pinnacle of dough with 6 tbsp softened butter and unfold it out lightly with a spatula.
