Salad "Mother-tongue"

For cooking we need:

  • 1 kg carrots ;
  • 1 kg of Bulgarian pepper ;
  • 1,5-2 kg of tomatoes ;
  • 3 kg of squash ;
  • 1 bitter pepper ;
  • 100 g of garlic ;
  • 250 g of vegetable oil ;
  • 2 tablespoons salt ;
  • 250 g of sugar ;
  • 100 g of vinegar.
    All the vegetables are finely chopped. We chop the tomatoes in a meat grinder.
    We cook 25 minutes.


    We roll into banks.

You can store up to 5 years, but we all eat for 1-2 years)
