Hhhmmm hhhmmm hmmm Fabuloso!
Hereās my Kung Pao pasta.I am very lucky they left me a few bite
I wasnāt fortunately enough to get a shitake mushroom that fits my budget.So itās a No for me (hehehehe).
In Sm Hypermarket they only sell it in bulk or probably thatās what is left.I usually see those in a particular chiller near the Chicken station.
Anyways,it was still awesome.
Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper
A pinch of each is enough.
Brown the chicken.
Add chili as much or as little as you desire
(We are a family of dragons we love our mouth burning with spicy deliciousness)
Pour in Clara Ole` Kung Pao Sauce
Add peanuts
Simmer for a minute or two in low heat.
Add cooked pasta.
Toss until evenly coated.
Top with fresh onion chives
Booomm!
Hereās the perfect pair for this pasta.
Some crunchy greens.
Ingredients:
-Oil
-Garlic minced
-Onion sliced
-Chicken parts of your choice,seasoned with salt and pepper
-Carrot ribbons (use veg/fruit peeler to create ribbons.3 medium carrots)
-French Beans 1kg more or less
-Clara Ole` Kung Pao Sauce
-Mama Sitaās Oyster sauce 2tbsp
-Warm Water half cupProcedure:
-Saute` garlic and onion but do not brown
-Add chicken and stir fry til lightly brown
-Pour half of Kung Pao Sauce pouch
-Add little water if needed
-Cover to cook
-Pour in the remaining sauce
-Followed by the oyster sauce
-Toss in the carrots and the greens
-Cover and let simmer for 10mins.
ā Open the lid cover when ready to serve to preserve the crisp of the veggies.
