Ingredients

1 kg peanuts (washing until clean)
2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
5 bay leaves
Salt taste
Sufficient water for the steam pan

Step

Wash peanuts, then drain
Prepare the steam pan. After the heat insert the new peanut laurel leaves. Sprinkle garlic slices and salt over peanuts.
Cook until the level of maturity in want. If necessary add more water to the steamer if you want really soft.
