I lurvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve this so much! It feeds my apple crumple and custard addiction.....without the crumple of course and the custard..........I know what I mean. You get a crunch from the apples on the outside and the juiciness of the apple on the inside and then dip it into the cinnamon dip for the "custard" effect.
Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 2 table spoons of low fat vanilla yogart (i had a muller one with chocolate bits- about 20 calories for 3 tbs!)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tbs Honey
Method
- Chopping apple into wedges and coat with honey
- Chuck into ready heated oven on around 180 for 15 minutes
- Fling yogart & cinnamon into a cup and mix
- Serve as you wish
