Today I would like to talk about myths. There are a lot of myths about bartenders in the world, but is everyone to be trusted? Let's try to make out the most common of them - "all bartenders are alcoholics." Yes, there are bartenders who drink as much as they pour. However, there are two reasons why many of us are not alcoholics, do you think:
a) we are dealing with a variety of alcoholic beverages, and it is very important for us to know what their taste is. This means that we do not drink (in order to swell), but try. Am I drunk? And then! But more often than not, than yes. Quality is more important than quantity.
b) a constant stay in the environment of alcohol and drunk people discourages drinking at all.
