I am impressed that you came up with such a great post after you just had all these exams! Aber vermutlich ein guter Ausgleich, oder?

The donuts look great!

Do you happen to know if vegan "Krapfen" are already a thing? I used to love them and now I'm kinda sad because they are in season but I "can't" eat them as they come in your regular bakery!

    Thanks :) yeah I really needed to do something creative :D
    I once ate vegan Krapfen, made by a friends grandma. I think you could also just take a donut dough recipe and fill with jelly and coat with sugar. I would accept it as a Krapfen :D but making them is a lot of work ...
