I love the gorgeous green color of pesto as well as the unique taste. It is a great alternative to traditional red and white sauces.

    Going out for dinner, my first choice is often Italian. What can I say, I like pasta. And, I agree with @buzweaveryoutube, pasta gets a bad rap. Moderation is the key.

    Pasta is awesome and gets a bad wrap from the Keto types. I've always enjoyed pasta and found that it didn't really contribute that much to weight gain. It's all about moderation.
