Tofu is one of my favorite dishes and it is inexpensive and very easy to prepare. It is simple to just add salt, pepper and olive oil and place it on the grill plate for 10 minutes until it is headed thoroughly.
Another method that I love to use is to add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a dash of coconut aminos for an added delicate flavor. You can pan fry it or put it on the grill plate.
Another important point is when frying tofu. In order to know able to look crispy and wrapped pretty with flour then I use cornstarch along with a little salt and pepper. Tofu must be dry, so be sure to dry them first with a tissue before mixing with seasoned flour. In order for the texture is able to dry and crunchy well then tofu flour must be fried in a lot of oil.
