Spicy Potato Cheese Manchurian

  • Materials

Potato cheeses: For boiled pot, 1 cup of boiled pot, chopped egg 1, cornflower 1 tablespoon, chopped 1 teaspoon, cheese chopped half tea spoon, turmeric powder half teaspoon, ginger paste, half teaspoon, lemon juice 1 tea -Think and salt taste


For the Manchurian sauce: onion 1 cup (layer cut), onion leaves, 1 tablespoon of ginger, half a teaspoon of ginger paste, half a teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of peppercorn powder, half a teaspoon of paprika, black pepper half tea- Spoon, cornflower 1 table spoon, 1 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1 table spoon of tomato sauce, 1 tbsp of tomato puree, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.


  • Method

First, mix all the potato cheeses balls together and mix them together and make small balls. If the ball is made, put it in hot oil. Now add another onion, ginger, garlic paste, and all the ingredients in hot oil, stir well with fry balls. After serving, roast the lemon juice with cornstarch and golden cornflower.
