Popular sweet Kalojam in Bangladesh

Ingredients: 

1 cup of milk powder. 1/3 cup flour Baking soda semi-teaspoon. Ghee 1 table-spoon. 2.5 cups of sugar and spoon. Liquid Milk 1 - 2 tablespoons Red dandruff color 1-2 pinch.

Sugar Juice : sugar two cups. 4 cups of water Cardamom 2.

Method: First mix a powder with milk powder, flour and baking soda in a bowl.

Then make a glue dough mixed with oil or ghee, talk yogurt and food color. If the dough is dry and glue less, then mix the liquid milk with a little bit, mix the glue dough and cover it for two minutes.

Then lighten the ghee on the hand and take a little bit of the kalojam and make the sweets in the submerged oil and keep aside for a little bit.

Put two to three minutes in the paper towel to remove the hot oven from the hot stove (twice the ballator must really understand that the beans are made). Cover it for the whole night, pour it into a plate.
