Urban city garden to organic pesticide free gardening

in food •  7 years ago  (edited)

So this is my urban garden in the city of London it's quite big I haven't measured her yet but I will. I just cut the garden a few weeks ago it was like a mini forest I had foxes and other urban animals residing out there, but they have all moved on now. I am trying my hand at lasagne gardening I have green fingers and my father use to grow. So this is going to be my journey at growing my own organic food. I used the shrubs, plants and weeds that grew the strongest and highest and use them to make FPJ (fermented plant juice) baby as practiced in Hawaii and korea. I'm going to have so much fun growing my own vegetables, herbs and fruit but now I'm going to prepare the land and nourish the land without any digging layering my way around my garden. Have a wonderful moment fellow Steemians.20668754_1944990399106606_1932721624_n.jpg

Looks like a great beginning, can't wait to see it grow! We have also garden in the city, first year. It's a small patch but it has been productive. Feels good to grow our own food! Have followed you!
