250 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of steamed potatoes, then mashed finely
5 grams of instant yeast
3 egg yolks
50 grams of sugar (Me: 40 grams only)
50 grams of butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
60 ml of water
Refined sugar topping (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Then knead until smooth.
Let stand for 1 hour until the dough expands 2x the original form.
Kempiskan dough. Then weigh about 40 grams of dough, the shape of a sphere. Repeat this step until all the dough runs out. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Heat oil over low heat, then fry the donut dough until it runs out.
After cool, sprinkle the refined sugar (optional).
