Oats - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
White semolina -1 / 4 cups
Curd - 2 tbsp
Green Coriander - Finely Chopped
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Green Chillies - 1
Roast oats for 3-4 minutes and make powder after cooling. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix it well and make chilies.
Put little oil on the pan and make dosa when one side becomes well cooked then turn it on and the other side will also cook until it is well Crisp.
Take a hot hot dosa with chutney.
