Pancakes with egg whites
These pancakes are exactly tastes of your children and guests!
Ingredients:

- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp.
- Сottage cheese, low-fat - 2 cups
- Oat flakes - 2 cups
- 1 pinch of salt
- 480 g of egg whites (about 10-15 eggs)
Cooking:
- In a blender, mix until smooth:

oat flakes
cottage cheese
lemon zest
vanilla and a pinch of salt - Preheat the non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the dough into the frying pan in portions.
- Fry on both sides.
- Put ready-made pancakes on a dish, serve with blueberries, nuts, lemon zest and honey.
