Today I want to share recipe with you : How to make Milkfish, curry leaves  with coconut milk that delicious

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 300 grams Milkfish
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 2 red chili
  • 25 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 liters of coconut milk
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 20 cayenne pepper
  • 6 red chili
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 dry star fruit
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder

Ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

  • Cleaning Milkfish, then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
  • enter lemon juice

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter curry leaves

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter Ingredients are mashed

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter Milkfish and red chilli

  • wait minute while stirring

  • enter coconut milk

  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • Cook until cooked

  • Finished
