sauteed fern with coconut milk

Hello all...!!!

Today I want to share a recipe with you : sauteed Fern with coconut milk

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 1 bunch of Fern
  • 20 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 4 red chili
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 1 tomato

How to cultivate it:

  • clean the Fern, then cut as desired, then rinse with clean
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material

  • enter Fern

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter coconut milk
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • cooked 10  minutes, while stirring stir

  • Finished

in Canada we call them Fiddleheads. And they are delicious. I'ce cooked them before but i didn't a have a recipe. You recipes is something much different than I thought to try. Looks yummy.
