Ingredients
Shrimp fish
Kohlrabi
Potatoes four pieces
Mustrad Oil
Green pepper
Red chilli
Tumeric
Salt
Water
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Cardamom
Cloves
Black cumin paste
First of all , I had cut fish nicely. After cuting fish , I had sliced kohlrabi and potatoes. Actually I had taken all elements like needed . You can take like needed . As you wise absolutely . I had washed fish and kohlrabi potatoes with water slidely. I had mixed tumeric and salt with water on pan. When water is hot , I leave shrimp fish on pan.
Thus I will fry fish . After a while I gave brinjals in fish and fry .After roasting fish and potatoes and kohlrabi , I admix some water like needed . Sometimes I boil curry . On the whole I take down the whole curry .
After that I blend some materials with hot oil.Such as Onion ,
Garlic ,Ginger ,Cardamom, Cloves ,Black cumin paste .Finally I leave mingle hot oil on pan. I bloom full curry . Thus I had made shrimp fish curry recipe .
Really Shrimp fish is very delicious when it is tasted . Some people said that Shrimp fish is not healthy food . But it is absolutely false .
Shrimp fish is a great source of calcium.This fish contains vitamin E .Shrimp fish keeps the skin well and increases the radiance of the skin. I know that fish are very healthy and nutritive food .Shrimp fish includes copper, vitamin B2, selenium, and omega-3 fatty acids. It helps to purify our blood. It reduces Cholesterol and Blood Sugar. It helps to cure against flu disease . It contains vitamins A and C and antioxidants are beneficial for the skin. Shrimp fish prevents age spots by preventing the spread of free radicals. The importance of benefial crabs is endless.
