PUMPKIN PANCAKES
This is one of my favorites.
You can have some fluffy , delicious and healthy pancakes in less than 10 mins .
- Ingredients
– 3 eggs
– 1 cup of baked or boiled pumpkin ( the result is just the same )
– 3/4 cups of oat flour
– 1 cup of ground flaxseed
– Cinnamon and Stevie
– A bit of water
- Once you have them all you can start the preparation
–Mix all the ingredients .
– Cook then .
Finally and most important enjoy eating them Bonne Apettite !!
The pumpkin is very low in calories and high in antioxidants, potassium and fiber, it also has an incredible flavor, the soft texture to the pancakes, the eggs give you the protein you need in the afternoon to control appetite and insulin also keeps you metabolism accelerated, flaxseed gives you fiber, oatmeal, low in carbohydrates, high in fiber, also contains nutrients that help you burn fat naturally and cinnamon regulates blood glucose and gives a lot of flavor, you can add a splash of milk of almonds or water when you mix the mixture if you want them more thin.
