∆Dough:

∆Ingredients:

-1 teaspoon of sugar.
-1 teaspoon of yeast.
-2 1/4 cups of flour, and a little extra flour if necessary.
-1 teaspoon salt.
-Extra virgin olive oil.

∆preparation:

Add the sugar and yeast to 1 cup of warm water. Stir until it dissolves. Let the mixture stand for 3 minutes to make sure that the yeast is alive. It should bubble and form a little foam.
Put the flour and salt in the bowl of a blender. Add the yeast mixture. Be sure to equip the blender with a dough hook. Turn on at low speed until all the ingredients begin to mix. Increase the speed to intermediate and mix for 8 minutes. The dough should start to peel off from the sides, but should still be smooth and a little sticky on the bottom. Add 1 extra teaspoon of flour if necessary. Cover your hands with olive oil and make a ball with the dough. Put the ball in a bowl covered with olive oil. Cover with a towel and let the dough rest until its size doubles, 1 hour.
Crush the dough, and cut into 4 equal pieces if you want to make small pizzas. If you want to make a big pizza, form a ball again. Let stand for 1 additional hour.
After this, the dough will be ready to use.

∆Tuna stew:

∆Ingredients:

-tuna
-tomatoes.
-onions.
-cebollin.
-peppers.
-parsley.
-Salt.
-oil.

∆preparation:

Chop all the small vegetables, and put them to fry in a cauldron with the oil, add the salt and tuna, cook for 15 minutes and turn off.
Additional ingredients:
-mozzarella cheese.
-salsa of I will take for pastas.
Final preparation:
The dough is stretched in the mold or molds that we are going to use, after doing this we throw over the torte sauce, and the tuna stew layer, then the mozzarella cheese, and it is ready to be put in the oven, we leave it for 25 to 30 minutes and we'll take it out and be ready to eat.
