Coffee cream recipe

Prepare the coffee in a moka for 3 people and pour 2/3 in a bowl, add the sugar and teaspoons of nutella. Mix the ingredients well and leave the bowl in the fridge to cool.

When it has cooled, take another bowl, pour the cream and whip it with an electric mixer. When it starts to whisk, add the coffee mixture to the wire.

Finish whipping the cream that will become creamy and smooth. Store it in the freezer for an hour.

After the hour of rest, re-assemble the cream and pour it into the serving glasses. To be served immediately.

Ingredients for 6 people:
300 ml of cream for desserts
2 cups of coffee
2 teaspoons of nutella
4 teaspoons of sugar
