Ingredients :
5 eggs ( boiled )
Beef Mince 1/2 kg
Salt as to taste
Read chilli 1 Teaspoon
Termaric 1 Teaspoon
Coriander 1 Teaspoon
Nutmeg 1/2 Teaspoon
Mace 1/2 Teaspoon
Besan 2 Tablespoon (fried)
1 egg
Method :
In a bowl mix all ingredients and put it on boiled eggs and fry them.
For grave ingredients:
Daal Chana boiled half kg
1, 1/2 cup Onion ( blended )
1 cup yogurt
1 cup tomatoes (blended )
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon red chilli
1 Teaspoon Termaric
1 Teaspoon Fennel powder
1 Teaspoon coriander
1 Teaspoon all spices
2 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Method :
In a pan put some oil, onion cook until pinkish then add ginger garlic paste cook 5 minutes then add tomatoes cook 10 minutes then all spices mix in yogurt and add cook 10 minutes now add daal cook 5 minutes add Nargasi koftay cook 20 minutes. Add water for gravy.... cook 5 minutes. Now ready to eat, enjoy
