How to make FROEN PARATAS
step by step

Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 cup
White flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 tblsp
Water for kneading
Oil as required
Butter 5 to 6 tblsp

Method
First start to make the dough,Sieve wheat flour and white flour in a large bowl and add salt, yogurt,water, knead for 5 to 7 minutes into soft dough.
Grease another bowl with a drop of oil and shift the dough in it and cover it with cling film for at least 30 minutes
Make 4 to 6 balls. Roll each ball out and make a slit from the centre of the circle as shown.
Apply Butter and dust flour thoroughly.Now begin from one end and gently roll the dough into a cone shape.
Cone will look like as shown in the pic
Now press each cone down from it's top to flatten it so it looks like in number
Let these rest for 10-15 minutes covered with cling film or wet cloth.
Roll each ball out to form paratha.
Lay a plastic sheet in a round dish put paratha on it, cover with plastic again and repeat it with all parathas.
