Greetings
Greek souvlaki project will analyze in depth the steps and composition of what makes a souvlaki Greek. First thing first, kalamaki ( The stick with the pork meat) this material is crucial for your Artwork to be approved as Greek. If you can't find the sticks, I suggest you use chopsticks, but worry not fellow steemians cause we as well are provided with kalamakia sticks from them. This won't affect your approval of your work to be called Greek Souvlaki or not(insert random trademark symbol here.)
We will need a van dyke brownish color for the pork and a golden yellow for the fries, We must mix them together and get some lemon juice on top of them. or else all the fat from the pork will be wasted. You want all the flavors on your canvas.
Then you must find a random old guy (my father in that case to support the #gotopless day) Extra points for having some cans of beers before that. As you can see on my pallet I am choosing earthly colors to capture the realism needed for this project to succeed. I pick my greens (maintanos= parsley ) very carefully though. Some titanium white (tzatziki= That yogurt garlic sauce*) cadmium red (ntomates= do I really need to translate this?) and some pal purplish tones for the highlights (Kremydia= onions ) If you have all that you are ready to go. Pita is just a bread pie. You can make your own or you can buy from a store, you can keep them in the fridge for 4-5 days or you can refrigerate them for longer viability.
Now wipe your hands clean cause you do not want your paints to be contaminated.
You done that? A calculator will be handy to get a note of the calories.
Alright, you will need a 10*10 piece of paper or tinfoil, but if you don't believe in any of the Egyptian and Alien conspiracies, then you should go for the paper. It is safe, I don't believe the pork is of any position to process thoughts at its given state (RIP porky). I will start with some gold here and there, and I will highlight that with some purplish tones.
Then I will use my spoon as a medium to apply some titanium white in my pursuit of a unified piece of artwork, titanium white can work wonders...
Carefully apply your paint in thick ( THICK ) layers, very important step. You don't want to fail this, pay the proper attention to the given example. Absolutely ignore the plate and place the project on the kitchen surface. Plates are good but are not providing the realism that we are after. Just mark it's position and grab it when you think you have already created enough mess
Then, some Greens over the thick titanium white layer. Followed by reds, do not over do it with them they are to powerful and they can make your art look juicy (if you are aiming for juiciness be my guest though). And last but not least the Van dyke browns. place them in a straight line, something like a tree in your landscape.
seasoning salt and paper, Roll the shit up and swallow
you are good to go
Bon appetit mon ami

For creamy Tzatziki with perfect consistency we need to avoid any excess water. The best result is achieved by peeling and de-seeding the cucumber. Then either grate of finely slice (with a vegetable peeler) and hang the cucumber in a cloth or a tea towel to squeeze out all excess liquid.
- Combine the yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice and garlic. Add a dash of olive oil and some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with the paprika powder.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for the flavours to fully develop.
- (Optional: just before serving roughly chop a bunch of fresh mint leaves and sprinkle on top.)

My wife (Poland) is doing tzatziki without lemon juice and paprika powder and it's the best for roasted chuck steak!
