Grated cake

The yard is summer, and a lot of fruit. We make fast and delicious, grated cake. 

 

We take out the most common products from the refrigerator:
2 eggs
200 g of butter
400gr of flour
200gr. Sahara
A bag of vanilla sugar
A whisper of salt


Knead the dough, flour + sugar + salt. Three on the grater oil and mix with sugar and salt, grind into a homogeneous mass of hands. Add 2 eggs and knead the dough.


We put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. And just look what kind of fruit is in the fridge. We had apricots, a peach, a cherry, a currant, here such assorted. Mine under running water, clean and mix.

2 hours passed. We take the dough and divide it into 2 parts. Three on the grandson one piece, and do the bottom.

Then spread fruit, and on top of the third part of the second dough

 
And in the oven for 175 * for 30 minutes. 

 
You can also sprinkle sugar powder on top.
