The Creole pavilion is a traditional dish that is part of the Venezuelan gastronomy, and is recognized as the national dish par excellence. It consists of cooked white rice, meat is mechada, black beans and slices of fried ripe banana.

The ingredients to 6 servings:

6 servings
1/2 kg black beans
2 medium onions
6 sweet green and red peppers
1 garlic head

4-. In the frying pan or cauldron where we have the rest of the seasonings, add the meat already served, fry a little stirring to mix with the dressings and add a cup of the broth where we parboiled the meat, add salt to taste and let cook until That the whole broth is consumed.

5-. In a medium saucepan, heat 2 cups remaining broth, add salt to taste and rice, let cook until it is at the desired point.

6-. Separate in oil pan and fry the bananas cut into slices.

7-Serve as shown in the presentation.
