POLLO A LA MOSTAZA ANTIGUA CON RIGATTONE
¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Hoy os presento un plato sencillo pero muy rico. Lo preparo porque a mis hijos les gusta mucho y es un plato contundente para cuando vienen del colegio.
HI STEMIANS!!! Today I present you a simple but delicious dish. I prepare it because my children like it very much and it is a strong dish to have when they come from school.
La pasta en mi casa nunca falta, en este caso son rigatoni aromatizados simplemente con aceite de oliva virgen extra y acompañado de un pollo flambeado con Brandy con una salsa de mostaza antigua... ¡¡¡Un sabor único!!!
Pasta in my home is never missing, in this case they are rigatoni simply flavored with extra virgin olive oil and served with flambéed chicken with Brandy and an old mustard sauce .... An unique flavor!!!
La pasta la coceremos siempre "al dente" y el pollo lo iremos flambeando poco a poco para introducirlo en la salsa para que no pierda nada de sabor... y todos sus jugos queden en ella.
We'll always cook the pasta 'al dente' and the chicken slowly flambeed to put it in the sauce so it doesn't lose flavour... and all its juices remain in it.
