Meat and vegetables in gelatin filling

Hello dears! Have you ever tried aspic? In Russia, it is a traditional dish. My grandmother loves aspic and often cooks it. But for me, the traditional version of this dish is quite fatty, so I prefer an easier recipe. For it we have another name, but in English it's all the same translates as aspic.

So, we need:

chicken broth,
chicken breast,
tomatoes,
cucumbers,
bell peppers,
olives,
salt and pepper,
parsley and dill to taste

I would call this dish the meat and vegetables in gelatin filling. So, take the chicken breast, wash it, pour water and cook the broth. The longer you cook the broth - the better, it should turn transparent and rich. When the broth is ready, take out the chicken breast and cut it into pieces. While the broth cools down, prepare the vegetables. They need to be washed and cut. When the broth has become warm, but not hot, add gelatin and salt. Take the form for the dish. I'm using silicone form. Put the form on the kitchen board. Put the meat in the form, top the vegetables, pepper, add spices to taste. Pour the warm broth with gelatin on top and place in the refrigerator. As soon as the dish freezes - it's ready! You can come up with your option and add green pea, eggs, whatever you want) This dish you can cook both in large form and in portions in small forms.

First time, I read about this food. It draws my attention, I think it would prepare it. What gives me a little concern is the matter of gelatin, I usually consume it in sweets, although maybe it's time to try it on this gelatin dish, stuffed with meat and vegetables.
