I was so hungry after my workout that I forgot to take a picture of the first thing I ate when I came home...It is hard to explain and I will for sure have a picture of it tomorrow or the next day but basically imagine a green lentil soup, but not so watery like a soup, with blended chicken neck and some other ingredients I will have to get in the future. But I know there was turmeric and other good spices in it. Anyways I mixed that with a bit of plane yogurt.
Then immediately after I had this
2 slices of extra rye bread, a hint of jalapeno ketchup, some more plain yogurt with 2 cotlettes....mmmmmm I ate it all in 2.5 seconds....I won't make another post for this but I will have a small piece of that homemade sesame seed dessert with a protein shake right after this post.
