Beef Bourguignon
Ingredients
- 500 grams of meat inside, cut into 2x2x2 cm box
- 3 pieces of beef bacon, long slices
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
- 200 grams of carrot, cut into round
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 bay leaf sheet
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 200 grams of canned champignon mushrooms intact
- 500 ml of water
The steps
- Heat Butter. Saute beef until it changes color. Add onions and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
- Enter beef bacon. Stir well. Add the flour. Stir until clumped.
- Enter the water. Cook until thick. Add carrots, salt, pepper powder, thyme, bay leave, tomato paste, and mushrooms. Cover and cook over low heat until cooked and thick.
- Beef Bourguignon is ready to serve.
