Beef Bourguignon


Ingredients

  • 500 grams of meat inside, cut into 2x2x2 cm box
  • 3 pieces of beef bacon, long slices
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  • 200 grams of carrot, cut into round
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 bay leaf sheet
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 200 grams of canned champignon mushrooms intact
  • 500 ml of water

The steps

  1. Heat Butter. Saute beef until it changes color. Add onions and garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  2. Enter beef bacon. Stir well. Add the flour. Stir until clumped.
  3. Enter the water. Cook until thick. Add carrots, salt, pepper powder, thyme, bay leave, tomato paste, and mushrooms. Cover and cook over low heat until cooked and thick.
  4. Beef Bourguignon is ready to serve.
