Yangnyeom Tongdak

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of chicken fillet
  • ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 2 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Oil to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame, roasted for sprinkling

Sauce material

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Korean chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

The step

  • Combine salt, pepper, all types of flour, baking powder, and eggs, mix well.
  • Enter the chicken that has been washed into the dough while kneading, let stand at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil, fry the chicken with medium heat until half cooked.
  • Remove and drain, let stand 15 minutes.
  • Fried chicken back to make it more crispy and brownish.
  • Lift and set aside
  • Saute the garlic until fragrant.
  • Enter the gochujang, tomato sauce, honey, lime juice, and granulated sugar, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Enter the fried chicken, stir until the chicken smeared with a flat sauce.
  • Remove and serve with a sprinkle of roasted sesame.
