Hummus


Ingredients

  • 300 g peas, boiled, drained
  • 200 g of pasta tahina
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 200 ml of ice water
  • Mint leaves, for decoration

Complementary

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 60ml of olive oil

The steps

  1. Put peas, pasta tahina, lemon juice, salt, and ice water in a blender bowl. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl, sprinkle with pepper powder and sprinkle olive oil.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
