Chicken Schnitzel, German Food -4

Ingredients :

  • 500 Grams of wheat flour.
  • Cooking oil to taste.
  • Pepper to taste.
  • 3 Parsley leaf.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Milk to taste.
  • 4 Chicken breasts.
  • 500 Grams of panir flour.


How To Make :

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Separate the chicken from the bone, then cut it thin.
  • Put the chicken on the plate and sprinkle the pepper and salt evenly. Then set aside.
  • Prepare eggs and input eggs into the bowl. Then stir until blended.
  • Take 2 plates, add flour and breadcrumbs to a different plate.
  • Prepare chicken that has been cut thin, then input into the flour, make sure all the chicken surface covered flat.
  • Then put the chicken into a bowl containing the eggs.
  • And finally, put the chicken back into the breadcrumbs. Then set aside.
  • Allow the chicken for 5 hours in the refrigerator.
  • -5 Hours later-

  • Turn on the stove and fry the chicken until both sides are browned.
  • If it is brownish. Lift and drain.
  • Put chicken that has been fried into a serving plate and sprinkle parsley leaves on it.
  • Serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.

I am from Germany. Now I am hungry!.
It is not typical German, but I like to put some grated parmesan into the breadcrumbs. Cornflakes are also a good option :)
