Ingredients :
- 1 Tablespoons chili powder.
- 1 Teaspoons of cilantro.
- 2 Tablespoons of flour.
- 1 Clove of red onion.
- 1 Teaspoons cumin.
- Cooking oil to taste.
- 1 Can of chickpeas.
- 5 Pieces of parsley.
- 2 Cloves of garlic.
- Pepper to taste.
- Salt to taste.
How To Make :
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Wash chickpeas until clean.
- Place the chickpeas that have been washed into the bowl and give enough water.
- Let stand for 5 minutes. Then drain.
- Turn on the stove and bring to the boil.
- If the water is boiling, add the beans and simmer for 1 hour over low heat.
- While waiting for the cooked chickpeas, prepare a bowl and input cilantro, garlic, salt, onion, pepper, and cumin in the bowl.
- Prepare the food processor and input all the ingredients into it.
- Add the flour to taste, and wait until the dough becomes thick.
- If the dough is thick, pour it into a bowl and mix it with boiled chickpeas.
- Stir well and shape the dough into a small ball.
- Turn on the stove and put the pan on top of it, put some oil to taste, and wait until the oil is hot.
- If the oil is already hot. Put chickpea batter and fry until browned.
- Lift the dough that is already brownish and put on a serving dish.
- The falafel is ready to serve with parsley leaves.
