Ingredients :

  • 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla extract.
  • 80 Grams of Whipping Cream.
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch.
  • Puff Pastry ready to use.
  • 260 Ml Condensed milk.
  • 70 Grams of Sugar.
  • 2 Yellow Eggs.


How To Make :

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Flatten the puff pastry dough, then place it on a glass-shaped mold.
  • Take the bowl, add condensed milk, vanilla extract, whipping cream, cornstarch, sugar, and eggs. Then stir until blended.
  • Heat the dough over the stove by using a small flame.
  • Stir until the dough has thickened and then turn off the stove.
  • Pour the dough into a puff pastry mold until half the mold.
  • Put the puff pastry mold into the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.
  • Wait until the dough is cooked, then move to the serving plate.
  • Ready to serve.
