Ingredients :

  • 1 Egg yolk.


How To Make :

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Take a large bowl, put flour, butter, and baking powder. Then stir until all the ingredients are well blended.
  • Add egg yolk, sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. stir until dough is smooth.
  • Put the raisins into the bowl, then stir and shape according to taste.
  • Put the dough that has been shaped into the pan oven. Spread egg yolk over the dough before it is put into the oven.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
  • If it is cooked, move the cake to a serving plate.
  • Raisin scones ready to serve.
