Thai Green Curry

Ingredients :

  • 100 Grams green eggplant.
  • 4 Pieces of lemon leaves.
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil.
  • 1 Tablespoon coriander.
  • 2 Teaspoon Fish Sauce.
  • 30 Ml of coconut milk.
  • 1 Fruit of lemongrass.
  • 3 Cloves of red onion.
  • 2 Large chili peppers.
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin.
  • 10 Pieces of pepper.
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar.
  • 3 Cloves of garlic.
  • Turmeric to taste.
  • 350 Grams tofu.
  • 250 Ml of water.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 Red Chili.


How To Make :

  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Put cilantro, cumin, pepper, green chili, lemongrass, galangal, onion, garlic, and lemon leaves into the blender and leave to smooth.
  • Turn on the stove, put some oil in the pan.
  • Put the ingredients that have been mashed and stir-fry until fragrant with low heat.
  • Add 15 ml of coconut milk and stir until boiling.
  • Put the tofu, then wait for 2 minutes, then put 15 ml of coconut milk and enough water. Stir gently and then add fish and sugar sauce.
  • Wait for 10 minutes then move the serving bowl.
  • Ready to serve.
