Pregnancy is one of the most vital and delicate times in a woman's lif

Since pregnancy begins, there are some guidelines for pregnant women to follow

So as to preserve her body and her health and her next child

If you are a smoker, you should stop smoking immediately to keep her baby

As well as stay away from drinking alcohol

Stay away from all beverages that affect the bones of the mother and the fetus

The mother must take a healthy and integrated diet that helps to strengthen her health and maintain her fetus

Food is healthy and away from high-fat diets

These are some foods that should be avoided or minimized during pregnancy

1. High-Mercury Fish

Such as Shark

Swordfish

King mackerel

Tuna (especially albacore tuna)

2. Undercooked or Raw Fish

3. Undercooked, Raw and Processed Meat

4. Raw Eggs

5. Organ Meat

6. Caffeine

7. Raw Sprouts

8. Unwashed Produce

9. Unpasteurized Milk, Cheese and Fruit Juice

10. Alcohol

11. Processed Junk Foods
