Who doesn't like to eat a cute little yummy chocolate cupcake. Everyone does and so me. Sudden cravings to eat something sweet hits me very often and so i tried out baking. This surprisingly turned out to be so cool. I know it seems like i am boasting and praising myself, but it's a truth :D.
This cupcake was made without looking into any recipe book or YouTube. I made it out of my own instincts along with my past baking experience.
I will share the recipe here. Apparently i did not have an exact measurement for the ingredients, rather i looked into the batter consistency. Before getting into the recipe let me make it very clear that all your ingredients should be in room temperature. If you are in a hurry to make it, try heating it slightly. Make sure you do not over heat. Okaaaaay, so here it is!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
100 gram butter
2 eggs
3 to 5 teaspoons of cocoa powder
1 to 2 teaspoons of coffee powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Milk if needed (a cupcake batter should not be very thick)
METHOD
Filter the flour, cocoa powder, coffee powder and baking powder and mix well and keep ready.
Beat butter and sugar with an electric beater until soft. Add egg one by ome and beat until soft peaks form.
Immediately add the flour mix part by part into the butter and mix with love and care. Do not overmix. I do it in an up and down motion with a spatula.
Butter brush your cupcake paper and place in in cupcake moulds. Pour the mixture with the help of a spoon evenly and place it into your pre-heated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, not exceeding 180 degree celsius. Come back to your oven after 15 minutes after you placed it in to check of it is baked. To check this stick a toothpick into the center of your cupcake. If it comes out clean and non sticky, it is ready. Take it out, let it cool and pop in chocolate sauce and icings. Yaaaay, yum cupcakes ready!
