Basically, foods high in protein can suppress hunger in a longer time. One of the good protein source the easiest we find is the egg.

A recent study of Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Los Angeles, United States, argued that their breakfast eggs have hormone appetite (ghrelin). In addition, the level of PPY (hormones make satiety) is also higher.
