Bulalo World

Bulalo World, a local place to eat inside the mall when you got tired and hungry shopping. We had our late lunch today after we are done shopping. Bulalo is a bone broth basically, that broth you get after hours and hours of cooking. I am not a bulalo craving person but my friends are.

Like any fast food place, the choices are already in front of you. I chose a Salisbury steak hahaha how strange but like I said I am not a fan of bulalo but I know how a good bulalo tastes like

This is my order a steak with rice swimming in gravy very much pinoy like.

We were next to where they cook the broth which is not a good idea because it was too hot in there despite the cold AC. Better get a spot away from this station.

This is a side dish I think. My friend ordered it. Does not look appealing but I blindly took the smallest bit and finished almost all on the plate. They call these little fish salinyasi. Not sure if they are the endemic tawilis fish which can only be found in Taal Lake Batangas. These are surprisingly flavorful and delicious. If you are fond of the flavor of most fish crackers that is how they taste like. I can't believe it I ate a whole fish without removing the head, tail or bone. They are crunchy perfect to pair with your favourite drink. I will definitely order this again
