Burfi is a popular Indian sweet dish. You have to use raw milk because this contains all the fat, milksugar and proteine. There are also recipes where they use condensed milk or milk powder. My recipe is very simple, but making it takes some time and patience. You need 2 liters raw milk and 100 grams of sugar. A pan white a thick bottom and a big spoon.
